Honor Code
•Loyalty- You are not to be part of another clan. We are not saying you cannot have friends, but we require you to wear the AR clan tag or your streaming tag while streaming. Support the leadership and stand up for fellow members. By wearing the
AR tag you are expressing your loyalty to the regiment. By doing your share, you are showing your loyalty to your fellow members.
•Duty- Fulfill your obligations. Duty means being able to accomplish tasks as part of a team. You fulfill your obligations as a part of your unit every time you resist the temptation to take “shortcuts” like hacking/ cheating/ exploiting.
•Responsibility- Take responsibility for your own actions. Nobody is controlling you, if you do something against the regiment, be respectful of the consequences.
•Selfless Service- The basic building block of selfless service is the commitment of each team member to go a little further, endure a little longer, and look a little closer to see how he or she can add to the effort. Everyone has a life outside the gaming community, most come here to enjoy themselves and get away from the droll of normal life. Think about your fellow members before starting on them because you're having a bad day.
•Honor- Respect for the regiment. No demeaning/ belittling other gamers. We all have a competitive side and talk trash, but do it in a respectful manner. You are representing the AR regiment as a whole. Live up to AR values.
•Integrity- The ability to report as you see and be honest with the regiment. No false accusations. There is no reason to not be honest.
•Personal Courage- Unafraid to speak your voice, if you think there is something that could improve the regiment or discord server speak up. Higher ranks enjoy hearing about your experience in the server.

Code Of Conduct:
ARGC members will display a professional gaming demeanor. Any match a ARGC member participates in should observe the rules of Fair Play, Sportsmanship, and Respect. AR members do not leave midmatch for any reason besides a proven hacker on the enemy team or a majority vote to leave match. As a ARGC member, you not only represent yourself but AR as a whole. If you aren't afraid of trash talk, the Underground is for you. Not for the faint of heart. Being “Underground” does not give you the right to abuse other gamers.
All ARGC members MUST be at least 18 years of age. ARGC is a 18 and up community, NO EXCEPTIONS! Any member who lies or any leader that allows this exception will be dealt with accordingly.
All ARGC members must join the discord immediately after their recruitment to remain in ARGC. As a registered member, you will have access to the Forums and Tournaments, and many others. New members must read and accept the Honor Code, Rank Structure, and Code of Conduct.
Do not ask members for money. If a enlisted member sends money to another member it is not a ARGC problem and will not handle any issues for it.
All ARGC members are encouraged to share any issues or ideas through the chain of command and with Leadership at ANYTIME! The leaders of AR Gaming believe in the open-door policy in order to encourage openness and transparency with all members of the community.
New members will not be allowed to change their gamer tag until reaching the rank of Sergeant and receiving approval from a Section Leader or higher. EXCEPTION to holiday name changes that section Leaders or higher have started.
ARGC members CANNOT be apart of any other gaming communities/clans! Any and all gamer tags must be either in AR clans or in none at all. ARGC does NOT have ANY alliances with other gaming communities! AR will remain friendly and professional with ALL gaming communities at all times! We are an Underground gaming clan! We don't go around looking for problems, but if someone starts one, we know how to finish it! Remember, "Take no prisoners!"
Violation of the Honor Code will earn a Gamer a warning; two warnings and you will be banned from the community. Members caught using extreme language, purposely cheating, and/or participating in manipulated online play will be immediately banned. No exceptions! Being an Underground gamer does not allow you to hide behind that label. Anyone caught abusing the “Underground” title will be removed without warning! You can be removed by a founder or co-founder without warning and without notice if they feel it is imperative and beneficial to the clan.
Honor Code violations consist of discrimination, racism, sexism, harassment, illegal drugs( exc marijuana), cheating, poaching, squad de-ranking, or any other overly aggressive behavior toward fellow online gamers. Cheating is defined as any manipulation of online play; this includes, but not limited to modding, bridging, stand-bying, forcing host, action replay, glitching/super jumping in match making/ranked games to gain an unfair advantage, playing online custom / ranked games with Modders, circle boosting, . Every situation is different and will be handled appropriately on a case by case basis.
